I just updated to version 6.22 and when I try to use Software Updater, I receive an error.

Your issue might be related to the CCleaner v6.22 Health Check bug being discussed in Laza's 13-Mar-2024 Resolving Not Working.
I'm still using CCleaner v6.21 and never use the Health Check or Software Updater features so I won't be of much help to you but you might find some useful information about your Software Updater problem in Laza's topic.

try going to ccleaner's "tools" and run the software-updater from there. some people have said that doing that fixes the problem with "health check" where it won't download software-updates.
