Firefox cache and cookies are no longer being cleaned by ccleaner. Any ideas for a fix?

Last Version is v54
Make sure firefox isn't running when you clean; sometimes firefox doesn't completely exit, so check your task manager for firefox.exe or plugin container.
I have Firefox V54.
I've checked task manager and Firefox (and Mozilla) processes are not running. Yet, the firefox cache, cookies, preferences, etc, are all marked as "Skipped" when ccleaner completes.
