CCleaner V5.07.5261(64Bit) messing up Chrome Version 43.0.2357.130 m (64-bit) Ever since I updated to Version 5.07 everytime I use it Google Chrome will not work after running CCleaner. It either won't load right and everything will run slower than hell, or will just crash everytime I try to open it. At first I though it was a malware app or something else causing it. I noticed the CCleaner 5.07 update said better cleaning of Chrome when I read the info before I updated to it, so it must have been changed and these changes are screwing up Chrome. I have had to reinstall chrome at least 6 times until I finally figured out it was CCleaner damaging Chrome. Now I am afraid to run CCleaner I am going to try to reinstall the 5.06 version if I can. I could disable chrome cleaning but that's one of the main features I like.
The same will happen to Comodo Dragon (based upon Chrome/Chromium) (32-bit) after using any version of CCleaner (32bit). Maybe a clue (maybe not) but the last version of Dragon that CCleaner doesn't break is 31.1.0.0, I don't know what version that would be as it relates to Google Chrome.
