Patience. This is just a quick new build.

The Wipe Free Space will stay as it's needed for users who do one click cleaning and want to wipe the free space at the same time.
The Drive Wiper Tool is designed for completely wiping an entire drive, even though it can just wipe the free space as well.

Uh...that's called overkill. Wiping the entire drive is not a PC maintenance task.
