"ccleaner updates" opens printer dialogue page

CCleaner for Windows CCleaner Windows Bug Reporting

When I click the link on the bottom right corner of the ccleaner window, my printer dialogue page opens and there is no information relative to any ccleaner updates. This is recent development after years of using ccleaner. Any suggestions?

Maybe this is the reason.
