CCleaner update problem

I'm using Windows 10 64 bit

my current version of CCleaner is v5.44.6575 (64-bit)

and everytime I try to update the free version of CCleaner to v5.60 I get the following error

error opening file for writing:

C:\Program Files\CCleaner\CCleaner64.exe

any ideas?
