CCleaner unable to delete .mkv file

I'm on the go a lot, so I rip my movies from DVDs. After I finish watching them, I promptly delete them. Except this time CCleaner jams and refuses to delete the .mkv video. Here's a screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/tYgd0.png

It's really unnerving as CCleaner -- as well as all other Piriform software -- is really reliable. I appreciate any help I might receive.

Edit: It finished 'cleaning' my computer. I wasn't patient enough. Even though no one helped me (it is 4 in the morning), thanks for the awesome, free software.

If that happens again, try cleaning your recycle bin manually. Sorry for the late response and welcome to the forums :)

The time taken can also be down to if you had any of CCleaner's secure delete methods enabled and forgot to turn it off. With secure deletion enabled it will take significantly longer to complete when large sized files are being removed.
