CCleaner Taking Much Long to Run

I just installed the newest release:V3.15.1643(64bit)

Previous versions using the default check items took about 1 minute of less to clean the system. This new version takes longer than 5 minutes to clean. It seems to hang on "Windows Log Files". Is this a newly added default function over past versions? Is this longer run time normal or is there something wrong? If it is normal, then I will just get used to it because this is a great program that I have used for years. If this is not normal, does anyone have suggestion?

That's not the latest version. The latest version is v3.16.1666 (23 Feb 2012) so you should try that first.

Which Windows/OS are you using?

Do you have/use Winapp2.ini file with CCleaner?

OK, I installed v3.16. Same porblem. It tooka 13 minutes to finish cleaning my labtop unsing all the default items unchecked. It hangs at "windows log files" for awhile then finally finishes. If this is normal, I can accept it. But it is a new issue with the last two updates. Previous version took maybe at most 2 minutes. Is "windows log files" a new item added with this new version that was not cleaned on previous versions?
