CCleaner takes a long time to open when doing something else or when using UAC

This problem seems to affect Windows 7/8 regardlessly I have used it with both.

Hello, I noticed that the UAC feature causes Ccleaner to lag when opening. Instead of it opening fast, it seems to have a “delay” in opening.

With SKIP UAC option UNCHECKED I noticed it opens instantly on my HD even when gaming. Most other programs don't have this "delay."

With SKIP UAC option CHECKED I noticed that it takes longer to open up like at least 1/2 to 1 second instead of like instantly.

If I am gaming or doing another task it takes kind of long to open.

It should open instantly with the SKIP UAC option checked but it does not for some reason. I even tried messing with the task scheduler skip uac rule for Ccleaner.

I have been using Ccleaner for a long time since high school like 5+ years ago and it is really good for cleaning up many aspects of the PC and it is very simple.

I use a portable build and I really wish you guys would look into this issue. Try to reproduce it and see what I mean.

NEVERMIND, I installed the normal verison on my secondary HDD and it opens up blazingly fast without UAC.

It seems the PORTABLE build has problems with UAC and delays opening so you guys should look into that.

Um that's because skip uac is a task and it takes longer than just clicking the exe (also your security software or even windows maybe scanning the launch of a non installed non main drive being called) that said, I've never (in my limited testing of skip UAC) encountered all that slow of a launch and I only use portable.

Also, I notice the first time launching ccleaner it takes a bit longer then launching it again later?
