Hi I have tried to log into the CCleaner webpage to retrieve my activation code (just upgraded the PC) and the 3 email addresses I use are not recognised. CCleaner was updated via paypal automatically on 28th August 2025 and I have no confirmation email from CCleaner. How do I get in to get my activation code if the system does not recognise me.

If this was a renewal of a subscription then the existing licence key/code has been renewed and so there is no need to issue a new one.
The email address that you need to use when looking up your CCleaner or Cleverbridge references has to be the one that you used when purchasing.
If you no longer have access to that email then you will need to contact support to get the one registered to your account changed.
All customers can now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service.
You can contact support and raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen - and there is a button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you first. If the VA can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
Note that although you are sucessfully making payments by PayPal you may also want to update your details at Cleverbridge too:
