I’ve contacted CCleaner Support and Cleverbridge several times about my refund request for CCleaner Professional, but received no response.
I was charged €44.95 for a renewal I forgot to cancel.
I haven’t used the software since the charge, and I requested a refund under the EU Consumer Digital Goods Refund Policy (14-day right of withdrawal).
Please forward this to your billing or support team.
I expect a proper response or refund confirmation — otherwise, I will escalate this to EU Consumer Protection authorities, as ignoring refund requests violates consumer rights.
If you can’t use those, (eg can no longer access your registered email), or if you want something else (eg request a refund) then you will need to contact support.

Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request. Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you.
If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
Note - We have been told that you HAVE TO engage with the chat or you may not get a reply to your request form.
