We purchased 4 CCleaner Premium licenses, but we received an email with only one license code. Will this single code apply to all 20 devices? Please confirm.

Yes, that is correct, the licence key you received in your purchased email is valid for up to 20 devices.

I’m writing you this message because from now on I wish to renew manually my subscription.
Could you please confirm that if I click on “Annuler” (see attached file) it will cancel the automatic renewal and preserve my subscription until its end (24/03/2026) ?
If not, could you please proceed to the cancellation of my automatic subscription renewal please ?
Or forward this to the person in charge that can see to it ?
My goal is to maintain my subscription until the very end and have the automatic subscription renewal cancelled.

If you need to look up your Cleverbridge reference then: Customer Support Contact Page
If you need to look up your CCleaner licence key then use this tool: CCleaner.com - License Lookup
If you can’t use those, (eg can no longer access your registered email), or for anything else account/billing related, including refunds, then you will need to contact support.
All customers MUST now use the ‘Live Chat’ support service. It is currently the only way to contact support.
To start- fill in this form: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you initially based on what you have put in the form.
