Ccleaner Subscription is busted and no contacts for support

My subscription is busted, and I have created a CC support tool, but there is no support team to send it to. After payments, my subscription doesn’t update, and my expiration date is incorrect. I have all the information, including user IDs and subscription IDs, to provide to a support person, along with screenshots. How do you contact support now?

All customers MUST now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service. It is the only way to access support.

To start raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
it should also open a ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you.
If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.

Note that you HAVE TO engage with the chat - if you just fill in the form and leave then you will not get a reply.
