The program are stopping / disappering after i press clean. ??
Are you using Windows 10?
What anti-virus do you use?
Iam using win 10 last update and kaspersky kis 17.
Please update to latest Kaspersky version (version 19)
Other posters have said this stops the CCleaner problem.
I have version kis 19.00.1088. I was not version kis 17.
Still the same disapearing after pressing delete/clean bottum..
what CC version are you using?
but try this;
uninstall your current version first.
then go into the Program Files folder for CC and delete its contents
(keep the .ini file if you have customised settings)
download the latest build from here; <a href="https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/builds" rel="external nofollow">https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/builds</a>
reboot the PC then install CC from your downloaded file.
if no luck, try rolling back to a previous version of CC until the issue is resolved.

I am running Windows 10 Pro with the most current "April 2018 update".
I am running an Intel Core i7 CPU 960 @3.20 GHz, 24 GB of RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460
When I downloaded , installed and ran CCleaner v5.43.6522 (64bit), the program came up, I then clicked on "Analyze", it works just fine.
But when I then click on "Run Cleaner" the program just disappears.
I have uninstalled and installed many times with NO CHANGE !
Any help on this matter will be GREATLY APPRECIATED !!!
I reverted back to CCleaner v5.41.6446 (64bit) and it now works just fine.
CCleaner v5.42.6495 and all newer versions, crashes on my machine.
Go Figure ????
I have NO IDEA if this can help anyone in determining the cause of CCleaner crashing (disappearing) when you click on "Run Cleaner".
I am back to ver 5.40,6411 ant it work.!
good choice, even though I was told by Admins that it has fatal flaws, it seems to function normally for me.
Solved. I tried to download the newest version ccleaner pro. again, again.! And it works now to day.
I had exactly the same problem - running CCleaner 5.43. When I updated to Kaspersky 19 - CCleaner just disappeared when clicking on 'continue'. I've e-mailed Kaspersky pointing out the problem and indicating that it has/is affecting other CCleaner users. Not sure if they will take any notice, however. Meanwhile, I've taken the advice and loaded CCleaner 5.41, from File Hippo's website. At least I now have a version that now works!
