i notice CCleaner fails to find "Spotify" that is reported by the Task Ma nager as a startup. (I installed Spotify from Microsoft Store.) As you can see, this applies ti the iTunes Helpers also.
could it be because you are logged on as the current user and Spotify is installed for all users?
also check out running CC as administrator and see if that shows more than the usual crop.
