For the last two or three releases, CCleaner does not perform any work on Chrome. I have closed Chrome. I have made sure that the Advanced Settings in Chrome are in conformance with the FAQs of CCleaner. I have the latest version of CCleaner installed as of today March 14, 2018. I am running the latest version of Win 10 on a Dell Inspiron 15 Series 3000.
I see no responses to this problem. Has this been resolved? If so, please advise. I have developed the same problem.

Problem is they will always be playing catch up with the cleaning of web browsers.
In all my browsers I tick the cleaning boxes inside the browsers to have them automatically clean themselves when I close them.
