Hi,

When i use the command line option CCleaner /AUTO, the program automatically cleans the computer.

However, this option only includes the Cleaner part, but not the "Registry integrity".

Is there also a option to use CCleaner on the command line, but only use the registry integrity part?

No, you should ALWAYS look over the issues. Even if they are almost always okay to delete.
