CCleaner should support an auto update/install feature, so you don't have to download ccleaner manually.

would be very useful, because CCleaner version is updated very often

It's been suggested countless times before. I'm not against software auto-updating so long as there's a prompt that lets me decide to update "Now" or "Later", the only software I'll let blindly update all on its own is antivirus/antimalware.

Edit:

And if your signature is still current with listing CCleaner 3.01 an auto-update would see you having a new version.
