CCleaner says to update nonexistent programs

I have the latest version of Ccleaner. I use Revo Uninstaller to remove all traces of programs I delete. Ccleaner still says I need to update programs I deleted some time ago.

What programs? Skype?

Sorry to have taken so long. I replied to the email the forum sent me not realizing I had to come back to the forum to reply.
Ccleaner shows Skype and Adobe Acrobat DC Continuous as needing to be updated.
Neither program or any traces of them are on my computer according to Revo Uninstaller.

Revo is good, but it doesn’t/can’t always get absolutely everything.

Skype is built into Windows these days so even uninstalling it with Revo leaves traces behind that CCleaner picks up.
My own solution to that was to reinstall skype then simply ignore it, just like all the other bloat that Windows installs as part of the system these days.
Then simply let CCleaner update it when it wants to.

In the case of Reader DC Continuous, did you use the ‘logs database’ in Revo Pro when uninstalling?

Other than that, I believe that it may be the updater task that Revo Free might not remove. (and there might be other stuff as well?)
Check if you still have it:
