ccleaner runs very slowly

Hi,

My ccleaner starts and goes to 39% complete then runs forever when search Windows Log Files when running on my Windows 7 64 bit desktop. It can run for hours. I run ccleaner on my laptop and it's done in no time.

I've used ccleaner for years with no issue until this desktop issue. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Art

Right-click ☐ Windows Log Files and analyze. Does it show how many MB to be removed?

I looked in Windows. There is a folder called logs and the properties says there are 7 files, 6 subfolders totalling 5mb. This is after ccleaner ran to completion.

If again you experience this stalling issue . . .

• right-click ☐ Windows Log Files and analyze.

• right-click and view detailed results

• right-click an item, Open containing folder

• highlighted file will be a text doc you can delete

This is actually one of the few things it don't have checked, sometimes I clean it individually but mostly I find it better not to clean

Thanks everyone. Much appreciated.
