I have searched for that file using the "Run" command as suggested and it has found a file with the prefix "C:\Windows\Installer\{E80F62FF-5D3C-4A19-8409-9721F2", but with a slightly longer name (probably the same file but with a fuller name, not viewable within CCleaner"
Right click application.exe, select Properties, then if it has a Version tab click that to see if it gives any useful info, such as; what the program is.
If it has some version info this may help you determine if it's something you've previously uninstalled and if it's still lingering about on your system, in which cause if it's only partially uninstalled you may want to try Microsoft's freeware Windows Installer CleanUp Utility.
