Dear Sir/ Madame!

My name is Bianka Varga. Yesterday an amount was charged from my card for a CCleaner subscription, but I didn’t activate it and I didn’t mean to buy it.

I kindly ask you to please cancel the subscription and refund the money, because I really cannot afford this cost right now.

  • Date of charge: 2025.12.05.

Please help me with the cancellation and the refund.

I tried writing to all the email addresses provided and also via chat, but unfortunately no options are available. The email addresses do not work, and the chat does not connect anyone either, for hours, then closes by itself.
