Can you explain more just what you are trying to do, how you tried to do it, and what went wrong?
As Nergal says, with CCleaner Professional run from a Windows administrator account you can clean all other, or selected other, other users accounts that are on the same machine:

With pro you get the ability to clean all (or selected) users on a machine from the administrator account
