CCleaner Professional disk will not install on my Windows 10 laptop

Can someone tell me the email for support so I can contact them? I am not tech savvy

with windows 10 or CCleaner.

Long-time CCleaner Pro user and today I could not access CCleaner. I am using Windows 10 Professional. I could not start CCleaner at all. So I found my old disc, uninstalled the non-working CCleaner and attempted to install CCleaner from the disk I had. I hit an error saying I could not install CCleaner on this PC and I needed to acquire an updated version of CCleaner.

I went to the Piriform web site and attempted to log in and the web site did not recognize my email address. I only have 2 email addresses and I neither of them worked. I created a new account and I now have no idea how to get an updated CCleaner Professional version downloaded. I have not found an email address for support so I am posting this message on this forum.

your issue has been forwarded to the Admin team by another Moderator, hopefully you will hear back from them soon.

I suspect your CD version of CC is old and Windows 10 is blocking it due to it's age or version incompatibility.

get the latest version from here; https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/builds 

install that and plug in your license key to convert it from the Free to the Professional version.
