Convincing a user to pay for a pro subscription and then sending them an email telling them they will have to wait 1-2 days to receive a code to use it is absolutely unacceptable for an application like this. If they are having issues they shouldn’t be selling pro subscriptions as it comes off as extremely sketchy and malware scam site behaviour.

I’m sorry for the experience you had after signing up for the CCleaner Professioanl trial. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to pay for a subscription and then be told your licence key could take 1–2 days to arrive.
I can see that your key was delivered approximately one hour after your purchase. I hope you have now received it and are up and running. The delay was caused by a temporary issue with our licensing server, which has since been resolved.
