My CC Pro suscription expires the end of Sept 2024 on my W10 device
IF I resubscribe before the end date in Sept '24 on my present w10 device, and purchase an replacement PC W11 the following week/month etc, which I may do if the price is right, am I able to transfer whats left on my Yearly Subscription from my old W10 to my new W11 PC

If your answer is NO !! Then thats unfair !! And I will cease using CC at the end of my present subscription ??

That's not a problem at all, in fact it's very easy to do.
Simply install CCleaner Free on the new machine and use your existing licence key to register/activate it as Pro.
If your existing licence is only for 1 device, or if you are already using all the devices that your licence covers, then you should uninstall Pro from the old machine. (You can then install CCleaner Free on it).
