Hello I need help. I have paid for CCleaner Pro Plus and the payment went through. I Received the bill and where you would normally have the Licence Key it saidthere is a technical promblem that will take 1-2 days.
That was December 2nd.
Since then I have been on Key Retrieval which only sends the old key, AI chat, waited for a real person but never happened. I have also written a mail to Cleverbridge / Piriform via the storno link December 10th which apparently should also have been answered in 2 working days but no answer.
Where do I go from here. I have been using CCleaner for many years and never had problems
I have a similar problem going back to early October 2025. Although I did receive a license key it was non-functional and every time I went to the website there was a banner proclaiming they were working on the problem. I emailed requesting a refund and stating the problem but have never received any response. At this point I’m giving up on the refund and though a long time user of CCleaner this is it for me. There is even an online support form that I filled out but find there is no way to actually submit it!
I have the exact same issue! can’t acess the license, license lookup says there’s no license associated to my email. Product was paid and i cannot manage it. Already sent a report to cancel and refund and no answer! How can i solve this, please? thank you!
