Ccleaner Pro not working !!??

Have tried everything Ccleaner support has suggested. {removed} days of getting No where. Can not maintain and use Ccleaner Pro on my win10 pc. Worked fine for a year, then recently da!!?? - Can download sometimes and run it once. Then when I click it on desktop, or on toolbar - NOTHING!!??

Please don't publicize your email address like that it makes both you and the forum less safe. 

Not sure why you think we users will be better than support but i'll try.

What antivirus do you use? The fact that it starts once and then won't work sounds like a problem Trend Micro users are experiencing.

I don't understand when you say "Worked fine for a year, then recently da!!??" Did it stop working with the new update that came out on march 24, or were you experiencing this before then?

I tried to remove it and the forum software kept linking it, it was his email address but the "mailto" command wouldn't leave.
