Ccleaner Pro not working !!?? (1 week & NO reply back})

Always used Ccleaner Pro for months. Then would not work. Was on my toolbar, but when clicked on - Nothing. Paid up til 2021. Contacted Ccleaner & Piriform many times -- NO reply at all!? - Joe Ward - ***** ( (now ccleaner is removed) No help or explanations returned to me-- zilch
