CCleaner Pro Health Check unable to reach server

I am a CCeaner Professional user but when health cleaning each time it states (Security - unable to reach server) Can anyone help in this matter please.

Health Check used to give that message in error if it found that there was no software to update for apps that you had installed.

It was reaching the server and checking, but just showing the wrong message if there was nothing to update.

If you haven't already then update your CCleaner to the latest version where that message error has been fixed.

I've split these posts into a unique topic since it had nothing to do in the other topic in which it was posted.

Hi nukecad my name is [name deleted for privacy] so you can look me up on facebook. I do live on [location deleted for privacy]. No way I work for a software company. You are rude and this is not the job for you. I was just informing you of the problem and how I fixed it after my post.

And maybe in further patches you all can find a work around. The reason for me telling you the software is so your company can verify my findings. I have nothing to do with them other then I enjoy what they created. Like I did with this company. I just sent in a request for my year to be refunded. There is other cleaning software out there that the company don't insult there customers. I am sorry you don't know that ALL cellphone companies have some type of cap on data. Even the Unlimited.

I'm happy for you, even if your posts contradict themselves more than once.

I suggest that you get a mobile plan that doesn't say it's unlimited and then cap your speeds.

What you have said is that you still have only 75 GB before you get speed restricted, whether you are connecting to mobile data or to a hotspot through th 3rd party software.

However it's my strong suspicion that the entire reason for your posts was to promote that particular software.
