CCLEANER Pro: Auto-update to 554 fails

Download starts and finished.

Then extraction starts and after approx. 30% the error message is shown "Error opening file for writing:" "CCleaner64.exe"

Manual update does not work either.

For previous updates, the auto-updater worked fine.

Does anyone have any idea?
