Following installation of CCleaner Premium double clicking the short keeps launching the install screen rather than the scan screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Art
Try going to Windows Settings > App and clicking CCleaner7
You should be given a Repair option as well as an Uninstall option, Try the repair.

If you are having issues with CCleaner 7 then consider going back to v6.39: How to Roll Back from v7 to v6.39
Follow ALL of the instructions, particularly about turning off the Automatic Updating.
