I purchased a 2-year subscription of CCleaner Premium but I can’t claim the cashback. When I put the country on “Others” the “Next”-button doesn’t lite up.
Purchase was made on 23/09/2025, so more then 48 hours ago.
Can somebody explain how to obtain this cashback?

I have tested the claim form the country as other and a puhcase date of 23 Sept 2025 and the next button becomes available for me.
Could you test this again to see if you are now able to submit your claim?
If not, please let me know which web browser you are using and try a different browser.
I think they hide any buttons that allow you to get anything done. I see there’s supposed to be buttons, but no buttons. I’m trying to cancel a double charge, but same activation key. I got one message that said the activation key would be disabled when I cancel, so after using paid CCleaner for 2 years I’ll be canceled. I’m in this for $180 now. Time to call VISA and report this fraud charge and mis-treatment. Anyone else figure out how to get action?
