Unable to download Ccleaner Portable v5.19 using either Firefox or IE from Builds page.
When I click the Download button the download screen is displayed only briefly followed by www.piriform.com
Just downloaded it using SeaMonkey.
Perhaps clean browser cache and try again?
Cleaned the cache and download now works.

Try the secure page that uses HTTPS: https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/builds
I had to use the secure download page in order for it to successfully download.
