It's been happening for a good while now: the CCleaner - Portable download link on the CCleaner - Builds page doesn't start the download, it shows another page with download links and jumps right off to the Piriform home page. This problem occurs with the four browsers I have here: Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Maxthon, and Internet Explorer.
Does it work if you download directly from this link?

I'm actually having the same issue. You click the link for the Portable download and it flashes the actual download page but a split second later it forwards to the front page. I tried downloading the slim version and that seems to work but the portable version does not. Trying the direct URL also simply returns you to the front page of the site. The link above also opens the download page for a split second before returning to the front page. Any help would be appreciated.

@cullyn, what browser, and add-ons, are you using?
One thing I did with the previous version when it wouldn't download was to change the site address to use secure HTTPS. So if you were downloading from the non-secure HTTP site try the secure HTTPS one instead:
I'm not sure what changed, if anything, but this morning I was able to download the portable version of CCleaner without an issue using the same method I've always done. I'll keep the other ideas in mind though. Just for completeness I'm running Win 7, IE 11, and the only add-ons are Java (v8u91), XML DOM, and Shockwave.
I also can NOT download the CCleaner portable. I've tried on different computers (one in my home and one at my work). In both, when I get to https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download/portable page, it is directed to https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download/portable/downloadfile and then to https://www.piriform.com/, and the download does NOT occur. I tried it with various browsers with zero profile and no extensions, http and https, and the result is always the same. At home I use Kaspersky and at work I use McAfee, but I can't tell if they are blocking the download.
Try downloading it in safe mode, if it works then it's your AV or some restrictions you have in place
I have no issue in downloading the portable just now.
What operating system are you running?
Windows 10 at home and Windows 7 at work. I tried to download in safe mode, but it did not work.
Are you running the download when it appears in the browser, or are you saving it to your downloads first?
Now it worked!!!
You changed something? I did exactly what I always do: go to the url https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download/portable and now worked.
