What is that annoying round thing that has suddenly appeared today and how do I get rid of it?
Also I have a subscription to ccleaner pro and I keep getting pestered to subscribe to pro + I can't seem to find the benefits of the pro+ over the pro?? For £19.99

I have worked out it is a shortcut which does nothing of use except get in the way. I have toggled it off in accessibility.

I don't use CCleaner on my phone, but it looks like it may be asking/prompting you to launch CCleaner?
