CCleaner pick up Undeletable stuff after re-install MSN Messenger

OK, I un-install the old MSN Messenger and then re-install the New Window Live Messenger yesterday. And then when I run the CCleaner (Issue Scan), a few item came up and can't be deleted... they just keep re-appear in the next scan again and again. So, I just want to know if I should leave it (maybe I shouldn't delete them?) or find a way to get rid of them...

The Items is these:

When I tried to open these files in the regedit through CCleaner, an Error Warning state: "Cannot open <key name> : Error while opening key" will appear. So, am I suppose to just leave them alone, or delete them all? How to delete them?
