I’m having the same issue, and I have a current subscription. The older version before the visual update to the menu had more options. It’s very annoying to have the menu popup randomly. Also, using the support tool imo is not helpful because the screenshot would be just the menu.
Managed to find my key and reregistered CCleaner. Just now it did the pop up again, so I followed your instructions. Support file ID R206J
