Looks like it got removed because he was selling Tuneup Utilities 2006 with full upgrades and the user reported him.
It doesn't look like hes banned from eBay yet as he's selling TuneUp again.
Nope looks like hes still trying to sell it I sent him a message asking him why he was selling freeware for ?4.99 and this was the reply I got from him............
