CCleaner Not Finding Program to Uninstall

Hi from a newbie downunder

I am trying to uninstall the utility "Optusnet Usage Metre" (OUM).

Unfortunately CCleaner does not find it nor does Windows (XP) Add/Remove (in Control Panel) find it.

I have also tried RegSeeker and EasyCleaner. They do not find OUM either.

OUM is definitely on my hard drive and runs each time I start my computer.

The question is how do I get CCleaner to remove OUM?

Can SKS help me?

If you do start, all programs is Optusnet listed there?

If so, it may have an uninstall option there.

Also look in c\program files for it, open it there and see if there is an uninstall.exe there.

If it runs at startup you may not be able to uninstall in unless in safe mode.
