I'd just installed CCleaner on my desktop and am unable to clear out my browsing history & cookies even with IE & Firefox processes ended.
Can anyone help me w this?
Can you say what operating system are you using?
Which build of ccleaner?
Do you use winapp2.ini?
Win7 Home Premium 64bit
Ccleaner v6.26.1888 (64bit)
I don't know what is winapp2.ini so I'll assume I don't use it, haha.
IE & Firefox versions?
Have you tried rebooting and/or reinstalling CCleaner?
