CCleaner Not Cleaning

I have run the very latest CC edition on two computers - I have just updated from FileHippo. On both I run Firefox and Opera. On both the cleaner does not clear the cookies even though the appropriate box is ticked for each.

Have you ticked Adobe Flash Player under Multimedia?

All boxes ticked except passwords for both browsers

Have checked. Yes to both questions. I do not use custom updates. Thanks
