CCleaner not cleaning custom files and folders

I just downloaded the newest version of CCleaner (free edition) v4.03.4151. I have custom areas I am trying to clean. I have been a long time user of CCleaner so I have made sure that my settings are correct numerous times. After "cleaning" my drive the files are still located in the same directory and folders.

If I hit analyze before cleaning, the files do show up as they should, but then after hitting clean then reading the after cleaning report, the files have not been deleted. Is this a bug the developers are aware of?

Thanks

Lance

just to make sure, is custom locations checked off in advanced (on ccleaner's first tab)?

what are the custom files? Are they perhaps locked because they are in use?

Could you provide a screenshot? Maybe the files are locked?

Which OS are you using?
