CCleaner & MS Word 2016

Hello. I use CCleaner V5.65.7632 for my Windows 10 Desctop. I have MS Office 2016 with MS Word. After I run Custom Clean (with 3 MS Offices (2003, 2007, 2016) not checked) - I can’t use Word. Because Windows can’t open the application so I have to reinstall MS Office. Please advise.
