I installed Ccleaner and ran it. After I did that, now I can only receice emails in my Outlook but cannot send. Plus I cannot log in my Net bank anymore! I wished I had never ran Ccleaner on my pc. I tried erasing my account in my Outlook and start a new account but it doesn't help.
Any suggestions? Please!!!!!

Im afraid I don't use Outlook I use Outlook Express and its never stopped me from sending or recieving emails. Check your options are set correctly. I can login to my bank ok.
Can you please tell us your operating system with service packs and your web browser(s)?
Also did you use the cleaner section? or the registry section?
I do use Outlook and I donot have this issue and use ccleaner very regularly
have you tried a system restore to before you used ccleaner?
I used the cleaner section. I have tried a system restore to before I used ccleander without help. I use Windows Vista home premium with all the ud to date updates with internet exlporer
