Bitdefender blocked svchost as a threat - I’ve disabled the programme as I don’t trust it - what are my next steps please?

Thanks @Sue_Moon, please could you let me know what version of CCleaner you are using?
You can see this by going to Settings> Updates on the left of CCleaner.
