I have asked for licencing information three times and am told an email was sent to me but nothing has ever showed up. I lost my software in a computer cleaning/reset and need that info to reinstall. What are my options?
I have asked for licencing information three times and am told an email was sent to me but nothing has ever showed up. I lost my software in a computer cleaning/reset and need that info to reinstall. What are my options?
Have you tried the licence lookup page?
You need to use the same email address that you used when buying CCleaner.
That would either indicate that there is no licensing data associated with the email address entered, OR the message is ending up in your junk/spam folder and going unnoticed.
If you purchased with an older email account you no longer have access to, please contact our support team via the Contact Us form located here: https://support.piriform.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=86507 or by emailing support@ccleaner.com directly with the old email address and/or your 9-digit order reference number and we'll be happy to get it moved to the new email address for you. :)
P.S. We don't change the message to say 'there's no licenses on this email address, try again' because that would be a major security risk - people with nefarious goals could then put in email addresses of interest and use the message to see whether or not they're our customer.
