Ccleaner last update 5.45.6611 crashes to desktop

Hello

Just updated automatically my ccleaner professionel to the .6611. After analyzing I click the cleaning start button and immediately the whole ccleaner closes to desktop. No chance for doing any cleaning. Tried multiple times. My system: Win 10 pro 64bit, all updates actual.

Any help possible? Ideas?
