CCleaner keeps trying to secure delete "Recycle Bin"

I have never had any issues with CCleaner until recently and it may be my own fault. Here is the issue, whenever I run CCleaner it gets stuck on "Empty Recycle Bin." When I only select "analyze" it finds nothing to delete within the Recycle Bin. When I select "Run Cleaner" it tries to delete some video files within the Recycle bin, but it never succeeds in doing so. I think I created the problem when I added some files to the recycle bin while CCleaner was in progress. How do I resolve this issue?

This was one of my recent scans, as you can see it took 147.202 secs to clean 5.48 KB.

What happens if you use "Normal File Deletion" instead?

Works fine under normal deletion. I just deleted the recycle bin with normal deletion and it worked fine. Went back to secure deletion and it gets stuck on recycle bin again. Keeps trying to delete files that are not there?!?
