ccleaner it clears the record on drive c, d, so unwanted

the ccleaner he did not have many options detailed to clear the record, my windows in this D: and not C: I have another hd in F: should have more options for details.

My error that erased the record of the F: drive unit that was personal folders that contained some records and was accidentally deleted.

if it had more details and oções choice, I would use only the D:

looking in C: D: F: G: H:, and just wanted to use only the D: drive, very disorganized and dangerous.

Can you please clarify what "the record" is; what exactly was deleted that should not have?

CCleaner does not usually delete things from non-system drives.

had my files. reg another unit he searched and deleted. could have more options which drives search, and I would look clean and only D:

ccleaner only cleans default install locations (in your case the on the D drive)

it uses a detect and clean methods that are hard coded, see the winapp2 thread for examples

you can export the rules and rename the resulting winapp.ini as winapp1.ini and change the detect to your specific locations

or

you can use the GUI include/exclude options

and on my own, I use crack, and the crack ccleaner sought in drive F: it only has folders and I do not clean this unit searched but ccleaner on the wrong drive that I did not want to allow searching, I just want to drive D: windows !

not sure what you mean by crack but if you're talking about some sort of illegal product, I will be forced to close this thread.

I think we're having communication issues

perhaps, in your case, include a non translated version of your issue in your native language along with a google translated to English version.

is not forbidden to talk about crack, but rather put the download link. not confuse! let's stop arguing

go straight to the place, he is wiping the ccleaner all units, could have more options, such as:

1, which drive clean, example C: D: E: F: ... or only C:

2, have balloon help, detailing each option for better understanding.

3, have options for basic cleaning, average, advanced or custom software as tuneuputilities.

4, have option of cleaning and defragmenting the registry as glary utilities.

in short, a registry cleanup detailed, more organized, more choice.

Are you using a crack version of ccleaner?

I have not spoken to ccleaner crack! no longer speak English, not more confusing!!

I will focus and not confuse! ccleaner search and clean all drive and not on demand! no detail options of choice.

I found important and repeat

1, Which drive clean, example C: D: E: F: ... or only C:

3, have options for basic cleaning, average, advanced or custom software the tuneuputilities.

but rather put the download link. not confuse! let's stop arguing

YOU are causing confusion.

You MUST post the download link from which you obtained CCleaner because there is more than one product with this name.

the use of ccleaner download site.

Thanks for the link

I will now await the verdict of a moderator

Well, it seems to be a legitimate download of the free version of CCleaner. It isn't a crack.

From what you say tylerfirefox, it sounds like you've been running "Wipe Free Space" on your drives.

With the default settings in that downloaded version of CCleaner, you couldn't have done that, as the relevant boxes are unchecked.

Were you using "Wipe Free Space" or the "Drive Wiper" feature?

There's no way CCleaner could do what I think you are describing without settings being changed, and as already mentioned in this thread, CCleaner is hard wired to address only the System Drive, usually C:.

And you should only download Piriform software from two recommended locations ...

Piriform:

Filehippo:

More information as to what you did exactly would help.

I may be wrong, but here is my interpretation of his posts:

the ccleaner he did not have many options detailed to clear the record, my windows in this D: and not C:

-> He installed Windows to D:, but CCleaner defaults to C: (drive wiper? CCleaner?).

I have another hd in F: should have more options for details.

-> He wants better explanation of what a feature does.

My error that erased the record of the F: drive unit that was personal folders that contained some records and was accidentally deleted.

-> He (tried drive wiper? other?) and the personal folders/records were deleted.

if it had more details and oções choice, I would use only the D:

-> He would use only D:, if CCleaner allowed (as opposed to defaulting to C:?).

looking in C: D: F: G: H:, and just wanted to use only the D: drive, very disorganized and dangerous.

-> He only wanted to use D: drive by default.

_____

1, which drive clean, example C: D: E: F: ... or only C:

-> Wants choice of drive to clean.

2, have balloon help, detailing each option for better understanding.

-> Wants balloon to appear (like in XP) for help.

3, have options for basic cleaning, average, advanced or custom software as tuneuputilities.

-> Likes some feature of TuneUp Utilities, & wants it in CCleaner.

4, have option of cleaning and defragmenting the registry as glary utilities.

-> Thinks Glary Utilities reg defrag should be added to CCleaner.

I could be wrong!!! Confusing to me, also...

Good write up of what poster MAY be writing about.

Let's hope he posts back with more info.

My error that erased the record of the F: drive unit that was personal folders that contained some records and was accidentally deleted.

I'm wondering if "the record" of whatever drive is the boot sector, which has made his drive inaccessible.

Throwing this out in case it helps tyler better describe what he means.

@ tyler

Do your best to describe what you did exactly, and regardless of the language barrier we'll probably get there in the end.

As Nergal suggests above, post in your own language if you like, and we'll try and translate.
